so often i am completely not at all thrilled with people. fuck.
BUT, i am trying to become new friends with someone on my facebook friend list. i’m going to post something everyday until it works. this will probably go on for up to 3 days. then i’ll give up and just be really upset.
it is fucking baffling how people don’t text back right away. it becomes less baffling when you remember that they actually don’t like you very much at all. i have to send a follow-up text 5 to 10 minutes later that says “hello?” in order to get a quick, rushed response.
i get probably 80-90% of my human interaction through text (including internet) and phone. this is a problem for me. i don’t really like living here at all anymore actually. other than the good beer provided by some impressive local breweries, a very small but very friendly electronic music community, and the college program that i am currently soldiering through, this town has absolutely nothing to offer. christ almighty it is the epitome of milquetoast.
then again, so am i.
