i am super excited for july, for THESE REASONS——
JULY 2 — my SPLIT EP with Graham Carter is released on Hands.
JULY 14 — live @ the Casbah Lounge in Hamilton w/ itsagamble, Miramichi, Kid Years (all Hands artists), and Monster Fever (!)
JULY 30 — live on Toronto Island w/ itsagamble!, Man Made Hill, Young Truck, Pon De Replay
i expect those two shows to be really really fun and cool.
sadly, but awesomely, these will be my first shows that i will have played outside of my city of residence. better late than never.
in other news….
i have been trying to sort out my teeth. i went and got another procedure done today. the left half of my mouth was completely numb for hours. the most interesting part was after i was back at home. i ate a small pickle slice out of the jar (as i do often) and i could only feel the coldness on the right side of my tongue. it was quite a sensation to have something on my tongue that only felt cold on one side. anyway, in the next couple of days i will have to schedule the next thing. then the next thing. then i might be okay for a while?
